 SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND CONTRACTING FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF TWO SATELLITE PHONES

 The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) request quotations from Suppliers that are listed and registered on the National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database, for SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND CONTRACTING FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF TWO (2) SATELLITE PHONES.

  ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

 ·       The supplier must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database at close of the RFQ.

 The closing date and time for receipt of quotations is 26 September 2024 at 11:00

 COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF QUOTATIONS

 Only emailed submissions will be accepted. Quotations submitted in the tender box or fax will not be accepted.

 Quotations to be emailed to ProcurementWR6@sanral.co.za before 11:00 on 26 September 2024.

 The email must be clearly marked in the subject line “Quotation - RFQ SANRAL 6000000033 and include all required returnable schedules, in the correct format, attached in the email.

 It is the supplier’s responsibility to ensure that the tender is submitted before RFQ closing date and time.

All quotations received after the closing date will not be evaluated.
