T1.1 TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER
NRA 2024/1326 - FOR THE PERIODIC MAINTENANCE ON NATIONAL ROUTE 10 SECTION 9 FROM NAUGA (KM 36.00) TO MARYDALE (KM 72.94) & NATIONAL ROUTE 10 SECTION 10 FROM MARYDALE (KM 0.00) TO KEUKENDRAAI (KM 50.30)
This project is in the Province of the Northern Cape and is located in Pixley ka Seme District Municipality and in the Siyathemba Local Municipality. The approximate duration is 15 months which includes three (3) months for mobilization period. CIDB Regulation 25 (1B) will be not applicable to this contract.
Only tenderers who are a CIDB contractor grading of 8CE or higher as stated on the Tender Data may submit tender offers.
Tenders from tenderers registered as potentially emerging enterprises with a CIDB contractor grading designation lower than a contractor grading designation required for this tender, will not be accepted.
Only tenderers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database as stated in the Tender Data C.2.1.1, are eligible to tender.
TENDER DOCUMENTS Tender documents are available from the 06th of December 2024 for free download from National Treasury’s eTender Publication Portal (http://www.etenders.gov.za), CIDB and SANRAL Website.
A compulsory briefing session A compulsory briefing session will be conducted Virtually on the 15th of January 2025, at 10:00am for a period of approximately 2 hours. The briefing session will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Respondents arriving late. Bidders must send an email to the contact person to request the link to join the meeting, Closing date for requesting the link is @ 12:00PM on the 13th of January 2025. NO link will be shared on the day of the briefing session. Late arrivals (15 Minutes late) will not be allowed to participate in the meeting and their submissions shall be declared non-responsive. A tenderer’s representative cannot represent more than one tenderer at the tender briefing meeting. A tender briefing presentation will be sent to all Bidders who attended the briefing session. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure they receive the presentation. Closing Date The closing date and time for receipt of tenders is 07 February 2025 at 12H00 pm (South African Standard Time).
