ERRATUM TENDER NOTICE FOR CONTRACT SANRAL N.004-120-2022/1F.

CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE RESURFACING OF NATIONAL ROAD N4 SECTION 12 FROM KM 25.8 TO KM 28.7 AND KM 33.3 TO KM 39.2 (ASPHALT OVERLAY).

The erratum aims to amend the tender requirements in the tender advert and tender document that was published on 03 March 2023 on SANRAL website, National Treasury E-tender portal.

The tender document amendments are detailed on addendum no. 2 attached to this erratum.

The tenderer is requested to:

Please incorporate all amendments as indicated in the addendum in the original tender document that was advertised on 03 March 2023.

Please complete form A1.1 and submit it by emailing to ProcurementNR3@sanral.co.za not later than the date of 30 May 2023. Please note that all tenderer/s that have previously submitted form A.1.1, need NOT to submit the form again.

Please note that there will be a non-compulsory clarification meeting for this tender planned to take place on the date of 07 June 2023 at 10:00.

The closing date for this tender is amended to close on 30 August 2023 at 11:00.

CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE RESURFACING OF NATIONAL ROAD N4 SECTION 12 FROM KM 25.8 TO KM 28.7 AND KM 33.3 TO KM 39.2 (ASPHALT OVERLAY)

T1.1     TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER (Incorporating SBD1)

CLOSING DATE (AT 11:00): 30 August 2023

The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) invites tenders for the provision of CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE RESURFACING OF NATIONAL ROAD N4 SECTION 12 FROM KM 25.8 TO KM 28.7 AND KM 33.3 TO KM 39.2 (ASPHALT OVERLAY) . This project is in the province of North West and in the district municipality/local municipality of Madibeng and the approximate programme is for design and construction documentation to be completed by January  2024, followed by supervision of 12 months, commencing June 2024`

Only tenderers with a B-BBEE contributor status level of 1, 2, 3 or 4 and who is an EME or a QSE are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database and meet the minimum requirements for the key persons as stipulated in Clause C.2.1 at the tender closing date, are eligible to tender. 

Joint Ventures (JV) will be allowed on condition that one JV partner is a Targeted Enterprise. The JV partner will, however, not contribute to sub-contract target for Targeted Enterprises.

Tenderers must submit, via email, the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender prior to 10 March 2023. Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may result in the tenderer being non-responsive.

CLOSING TIME, COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS

The closing time and date for receipt of tenders is 11:00 on  30 August 2023

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, e-mail, facsimile and late tenders will not be accepted

Tenders may only be submitted in the format as stated in the Tender Data.

Requirements for completing, sealing, addressing, delivery, opening and assessment of tenders are stated in the Tender Data.
