T1.1       TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER

Invitation

Tenders are hereby invited from Survey Organisations: 

a)  Who qualifies as a company to practice as and perform the work of a Geomatics Professional in terms of section 17(1) of The Geomatics Profession Act, Act No. 19 of 2013, (Refer to TMH11 Version 3,

Clause 1.18, for registration requirements), 

b)  That are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD),

c)  Who qualifies as an EME or QSE,

d)  Unless stated otherwise in the tender data, each tenderer and the Employer undertake to accept the jurisdiction of the law courts of the Republic of South Africa. 

A tenderer that fails to meet any of the criteria stipulated above shall be disqualified.

Location of the project

The location of the survey is in the Gauteng province, of N12 section 18 from Uncle Charlies I/C Km 0.0 To Elands I/C Km 16.0 (Approximately 16.0 Km)

Approximate programme of the project 

The survey will be completed by 10 March 2025.

where the document may be collected from 10h00 on Monday the 02^nd of December 2024 and thereafter during the hours 08h00 to 16h00 (Monday to Friday). 

Tender meeting

No compulsory tenderer's clarification meeting will be held.

Completion and delivery of tender

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 10h00 on Monday the 20^th January 2025 at the Offices of

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, e-mail, facsimile and late tenders will not be accepted. 

Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued. 

Tenders shall be bound without any loose pages.
