REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) WITH RESPECT TO OPERATING OUTDOOR AVERTISING ON BEHALF OF SANRAL AT ITS TOLL PLAZAS.

T.1.1 NOTICE AND INVITATION TO SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

The South African National Roads Agency Limited (SANRAL) hereby invites service providers to submit information with respect to operating outdoor advertising on behalf of SANRAL at its toll plazas.

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) DOCUMENTS

Request for Information documents are available from 26 February 2024 at no cost in electronic format downloadable from the SANRAL’s website by following the link:  https://www.nra.co.za/sanral-tenders/status?region_id=national.Respondents must submit, via email, the duly completed Form A 2. Certificate of Intention to Submit a Request for Information prior to 6 March 2024 Failure to submit this certificate would result in the respondent not receiving addenda or additional issued information.

TENDERER’S MEETING

Non-compulsory clarification meeting (Virtual)

A tender clarification briefing presentation is available to be downloaded from the SANRAL website by the following link https://www.nra.co.za/sanral-tenders/status?region_id=national. A non-compulsory clarification briefing meeting will be held via a virtual platform on 12 March 2024 at 10:00 am where the project will be presented. A link to the clarification briefing meeting will be sent to tenderers who complete and submit a Certificate of Intention to Submit an RFI (Form A 2). A tenderers representative cannot represent more than one tenderer at the briefing meeting.

CLOSING TIME AND DATE, COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS

The closing time for receipt of (RFI) submissions is 11:00 am on Monday, 18 March 2024.

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, e-mail, facsimile and late tenders will not be accepted.

Tenders may only be submitted in the format as stated in the Tender Data.       

Requirements for completing, sealing, addressing, delivery, opening and assessment of tenders are stated in the Tender Data.
